Organoleptic Features: Intense garnet red color with Nebbiolo's typical orange shades. Complex and elegant perfume with flowers and violet aromas. Robust, dry and pleasantly tannic.

Langhe Nebbiolo

Tipology: Langhe, Piedmont

Grape Varieties: 100% Nebbiolo

In The Glass: Still Red

Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 15 days at a controlled temperature of 32° C. Aged in oak barrels for a period of 12 months.

Organoleptic Features: Shiny ruby red color with garnet red shades. Very elegant with notes of violet and spices and a dry flavor.

Food Suggestions: Pair with red meat, lamb and moderately aged cheeses.

Cortese

Tipology: Piedmont

Grape Varieties: 100% Cortese

In The Glass: Still White

Vinification: Light pressing, natural settling, fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks at a controlled temperature of 18° C.

Organoleptic Features: Straw yellow color, pleasantly fruity bouquet displaying flowers and ripe peach. The flavor is balanced, zesty and soft.
